Print-quality QR codes without paying for "Pro"

Most QR generators lock vector downloads behind a paid plan. Here SVG and PDF are free for every code. Because they are vectors, the same file works on a sticker and on a 3 meter banner.

Not sure how big to print it? Use about 1 cm of code for every 10 cm of scanning distance. Try the size calculator on the home page.

How to do it

  1. Make your codeChoose the type (link, Wi-Fi, contact and more) and fill in the details.
  2. Click SVGThe SVG file is a vector: every module is a shape, not pixels, so it can be scaled without getting blurry.
  3. Or click PDFYou get an A4 PDF with a 10 cm vector code in the middle, ready to send to a print shop.
  4. Place it in your designSVG opens in Illustrator, Figma, Canva, Inkscape, InDesign and Affinity. Keep the white border around the code.

Why this code never expires

Everything is stored in the pattern itself. There is no short link and no server in between, so nobody can switch the code off, not even us. See how other generators do it.

Questions

What is the difference between SVG and PNG?

PNG is made of pixels and gets blurry when enlarged. SVG is a vector made of shapes, so it stays perfectly sharp at any size. Use SVG or PDF for print and PNG for screens.

Can I edit the SVG colors?

Yes. The file has one background shape and one shape for the code, so you can recolor it in any vector editor. Keep strong contrast between the two.

Does the SVG include my logo?

The SVG contains the code pattern only, which is best for printing. If you need the logo, use the PDF or PNG download, or place your logo on top in your design tool.

Is the SVG download really free?

Yes. No sign-up, no watermark and no limits, for personal and commercial use.
